How claim extraction works
Extraction is deterministic — no AI required. Sentences between 25 and 500 characters are flagged when they contain: digits (numbers, dates, prices), percentages, superlatives/absolutes (most, only, never), research attribution (study, according to, shows that), or trend verbs (doubled, fell, grew).
Each candidate shows why it was flagged. Extraction runs once at project creation; claims are then yours to curate.
Selection matters: only selected claims gate project approval and appear in the report. Deselect flagged noise instead of deleting, so the decision is visible.
Manual claims can be added at any time — extraction is a head start, not an authority.
